肆野民宿（三里屯工體店） (Siye Homestay (Sanlitun Gongti Branch))

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this homestay was a huge letdown. The whole place has serious cleanliness and hygiene issues. I would not recommend anybody to stay. From the moment we arrived, the issues were hard to ignore. The room had a strong, musty smell due to visible mould on the walls, ceiling and bathroom, which made the air feel damp and unhealthy. It was clear that ventilation was poor. There’s only 1 small window panel that has netting. The fan provided was damn dusty and dirty which clearly shows the lack of proper cleaning and ventilation. To make things worse, the centralised air conditioning was practically useless — barely any cool air, even when set to the lowest temperature (PS: receptionist claim that the whole building is as such - 27 degree was the lowest the aircon can go, which is even hotter than outside air). Given how hot and humid it was, this made the stay really uncomfortable, especially at night. To make things worse, they advise us to open the window panel for outside air ventilation and said the cleaner can come into our room to close it if it rains when we were out (major concern for safety). Also, there’s only 1 window panel that’s netted. The flooring was cracked in several places, which not only looked terrible but also felt unsafe to walk. For the price we paid, the quality and maintenance of the place were far below expectations. When feedback these issues to the receptionist, they told me they cannot do anything and blamed us for not telling them??? Spent another 1 day to liaise between 訂房網站 and homestay just to get refunded (PS: no compensation provided by platform/homestay). compensation. Wasted time and effort to go back and forth. Really very disappointed and frustrated especially it was mean to be a birthday 訂房網站 for our friend. I sincerely hope the owners take these issues seriously and invest in proper repairs and cleaning. Until then, I cannot recommend this homestay to anyone.

總體不錯的 我們是一大家子出行 離地鐵站挺近 樓下也有吃早餐的 就是Wi-Fi出了一點問題 管家網上協助解決了

I really liked how friendly the staff were and how convenient the location was — it’s very close to the metro station. Communication through WeChat was fast and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were also very kind and assisted us with ordering food delivery. There are many restaurants on the ground floor, and the food was delicious. We will definitely choose this place again!

這次入住的酒店體驗超出預期，位置就在市中心商圈，步行到地鐵站衹要三分鐘，周邊商場、餐館一應俱全。房間打掃得特別乾淨，床品柔軟親膚，晚上完全聽不到外界噪音，睡得格外踏實

第一次住民宿，超出了預期。 首先房間挺乾淨的，而且寬敞明亮。兩個1.8米的大床很鬆軟，很舒適。 其次裡面的設施很全，有冰箱、洗衣機、微波爐等，還有全套的洗漱用品，水、咖啡等，還有漂亮的杯子，造型可愛的裝飾。不過我們衹住了一晚，並沒有用到這些設施。如果是住得長一點的遊客，相信能比住酒店更加方便。 而且離地鐵站非常近，離太古裡也很近，走著就到了，地理位置不錯的。

響應很及時，解決問題也很快！真的辛苦房東啦！衞生乾淨，準備的洗漱用品也很全，打掃衞生的阿姨也很和藹可親，地理位置極佳，離地鐵站很近。下次還會住的！

單位在北京工人體育館對面，永利國際中心大公寓內步行約10分鐘可到太古里和三里屯。位置可以。 房間每天有人打掃，但衛生一般。可能大家對清潔要求不同。浴室通風口及房內大燈上怖滿塵。浴室簾上怖滿黴菌黑點，需更換新的。 房內有洗衣機，有即棄毛巾，即棄厠所坐墊。 早出晚歸回房睡覺，北京三環這個價格是可以的。

Mooie appartement met 24/7 bewaking. Jammer dat de adres niet juist is, waardoor wij met alle bagage nog 10 min moesten lopen na afgezet te worden door de taxi. Handdoeken waren klein, kregen wel grote wegwerp handdoeken, maar dat is niet handig. Verder wel genoten

I stayed at this homestay for 5 nights with 2 other friends. We really enjoyed our stay here! The room looked exactly how it did in the photos provided on the booking online. The decor was really cute, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious, and overall, the homestay was clean and tidy. The host was very friendly and efficient! Any requests we had, she was very quick messaging us on wechat, even in the early hours. The cleaning lady was also very nice and frequently cleaned our rooms. Highly recommend this homestay for an affordable stay in Beijing in a good location 😊
